If any line above fails, you get a full refund of $1,000 and keep everything delivered.
If your account is already healthy and we find fewer than 5 fixes, the report says so and we refund in full.
At least 3 of the 5 fixes rest on platform guidance or your account's own history. A fix you dispute in writing within the claim window doesn't count toward the 5.
The clock starts when payment, intake and confirmed view-only access are all in. Waiting on anything we asked for in writing moves the date day for day.
No working access within 30 days of purchase: full refund, order closed.
Claim in writing within 14 days of delivery or of the missed date. Refunds are issued within 7 business days. If we miss the date, you choose: the refund now, or keep the order open.
The refund is capped at the $1,000 fee and never tied to ad results.
