Straight answer
Why aren’t my ads working?
Usually the leak is in one of six places, and it is often not the ad itself. You can check the first three yourself for free. Our Ad Leak Fix Plan checks all of them in your account and ranks what to fix first.
The six places an ad account leaks
- Tracking. If the pixel or conversion setup misses leads or counts them twice, every number after it is wrong. Check that the count in your ad account matches the leads or orders you can see yourself.
- After the click. People can click and then leave: a slow page, a page that does not match the ad, or a form that is hard to finish on a phone. Open your own ad on your phone and try to buy or book.
- After the lead. The ad can work and the lead can still go cold if nobody replies fast or follows up. Check how long your last five leads waited for a first answer.
- Account structure. Too many small campaigns, or ads competing for the same people, can split your budget so no ad gets enough data to learn from.
- Audience and placements. Your ads may be running to people or places that never buy. Break your results down by placement and audience and look for spend with nothing to show.
- The ads themselves. An ad that is tired, unclear or aimed at the wrong person stops working. Look at which of your ads got the best results and what they had in common.
Check the first three yourself
- Compare the leads or orders in your ad account with the ones you can see in your own inbox, calendar or shop.
- Click your own ad on a phone and try to finish what a customer would: book, buy or send the form.
- Look at your last five leads and write down how long each waited for a reply.
If those three look fine, the leak is more likely in the structure, the audience or the ads, and that is where a full read of the account helps.
What our Ad Leak Fix Plan is
What's breaking your ads, what to fix first, what to run next. We read your account on view-only access and run all 19 leak checks. At least 5 ranked fixes. Your next 3 ads, copy written. Ready in 5 business days. We do not change anything in your accounts.
$1,000, paid in full.
How you know it's done
- Delivered within 5 business days of the clock start.
- The one thing comes first, in two sentences or fewer, with its number.
- At least 5 fixes, each with all 4 parts.
- The ads-or-after-the-click verdict from your numbers, or a plain note that it can't be decided yet and what we need.
- 3 briefs with all 11 parts, 3 different ideas.
- The copy complete, inside each platform's character limits, every claim traceable to your facts sheet.
- A screen recording of the report, narrated or captioned, delivered.
At least 5 evidenced fixes and your next 3 ads, in 5 business days, or a full refund.
- If any line above fails, you get a full refund of $1,000 and keep everything delivered.
- If your account is already healthy and we find fewer than 5 fixes, the report says so and we refund in full.
- At least 3 of the 5 fixes rest on platform guidance or your account's own history. A fix you dispute in writing within the claim window doesn't count toward the 5.
- The clock starts when payment, intake and confirmed view-only access are all in. Waiting on anything we asked for in writing moves the date day for day.
- No working access within 30 days of purchase: full refund, order closed.
- Claim in writing within 14 days of delivery or of the missed date. Refunds are issued within 7 business days. If we miss the date, you choose: the refund now, or keep the order open.
- The refund is capped at the $1,000 fee and never tied to ad results.
What we never promise
Sales, leads, a lower cost per result, a return on ad spend, that a platform approves an ad, or that a restricted account gets restored.
$1,000 paid in full at checkout. Your 5 business days start when your intake and view-only access are in. Plus sales tax where it applies.
